Chester NH 2013 Home Sales by Price Category

The Chester real estate market finished 2013 ahead of 2012 with a 17% increase in single-family home sales and an average increase of 10% in the selling price. 

The largest price category of homes to sell in 2013 was in the $300,000 to $399,999 price range at 44 % of total sales, followed by the 'up to $250,000 price category' at 29% and the $250,001 to $299,999 and $400,000 to $499,999 price ranges, both at 13%.

The Chester single-family home real estate market finished 2013 ahead of 2012 in unit sales with 10 additional home sales and a 13% increase in the average sold price.  The average sold price of a home in 2013 was $310,097 with 69 sold homes and an average of 93 days on market.
